As the four year old wakes up, he looks out of the window,
"It is raining !! Am I getting another holiday today !!", he exclaims and jumps out of his bed...
As he boards the school bus an hour later, his anguish says it all...
The eight year old wakes up, he looks out of the window,
"It is raining !! Mom, am I getting to wear my new raincoat to school today !! Wow !!", he exclaims as he gets ready for school....
As the clouds clear away by the time the school bus arrives, his disappointment says it all...
The twelve year old wakes up, he looks out of the window,"Damn !! It's going to rain today... Another games period wasted !!!"
He goes to school, desperately wishing for the skies to clear,
As the sun comes out well before the games period, his happiness says it all...
The sixteen year old wakes up, he looks out of the window,
"It's raining !! Let's not go to school today !!"
An hour later, as he pedals his way to school, his eagerness says it all...
The twenty year old wakes up, he looks out of the window,
"It's raining !!! Yawn !!! Should I go to....", he pauses...
As he sits down with the newspaper and coffee, his nostalgia says it all...
